Living in an e-World, an Information Society for all ??

 
The risks of leaving some people along the road of the information Society development, can lead them to a digital exclusion. Examples of projects in France and Estonia providing access, use, and knowledge of the Internet to promote the participation of all in the Information Society and to avoid this digital divide. A comparison of possible ways to address the problem.
